It’s really hard to imagine that a different reality other than the one your eyes tell you is there exists. It’s really hard to imagine that a life without pain exists. But it’s also important to accept that there is so much suffering in this world.

Developing and training your mind to transcend this divide can require a lot of patience and strength; it requires a lot of humility to see and admit your own stupidity and mental limitations.
